Fue construido por el genial artista César Manrique y fiel a su obra, está perfectamente integrado con el paisaje. El restaurante tiene unas vistas espectaculares y el precio de la carta es muy razonable. También tiene menús de 12 euros. Recomiendo el Peto (pescado).
