The flavor of genuine food is non negotiable. I travel from Clovis to Lindsay, CA, to enjoy an authentic Molcajete. I order the small molcajete because my wife never eats too much. It was more than enough for both. 1. When the stone, Molcajete cooks the nopal, chicken, steak, chorizo, and shrimps in addition to onions, garlic, chili toreado, and sensation lowering the spicy level. 3. Stopped in for lunch while passing thru Lindsay and enjoyed this authentic Mexican food and music. Highly reccomend El Molcajete and look forward to my next visit to the area.
The tilapia was delicious, and the homemade tortillas with the salsa de molcajete were outstanding. The waitress was respectful and attentive.
Showed up at the time listed that it would be opened and only for it to be closed.
