The best pizza and customer service in town. We are regular customer and this Friday we had the wrong pizza given to us. Upon calling the restaurant and explain the situation, they were happy to rectify this. Not only did they deliver the correct pizza, they send both of the pizza that were originally ordered without accepting the other ones back. Excellent customer service, I definitely recommend this place for the best pizza in town.
Visited last night with 12 friends. Having just ridden The New Forest 100-Mile Bike Ride we were hungry! This fab restaurant didn't disappoint. Buzzing atmosphere, fantastic service and very, very tasty (and most importantly) piping hot food. Generous portions too! So much so, we couldn't manage deserts! We highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again when next in Bournemouth.
Second visit to this restaurant with my family today. Excellent place to go if you have kids. Staff are very welcoming. Great to see a local independent establishment producing good traditional Italian food, at a reasonable price, in a fresh modern environment. Will be back. .

We had a fantastic time at El Murrino. We were a large party but this was no trouble at all. Fantastic food and service. Kids loved the vespas which are a brilliant touch. Would definitely recommend.
Great decor, great service and great food! Authentic pizza made on site in a wood burning oven, very fresh ingredients and the calamari is amazing! Will def be back and use the takeaway service too!
Did not dissapoint at all! Pizza was amazing as was the Tiramisu. Never had one with chocolate inside but was very delicious! Service was equally great
