Honestly very mad and disappointed! I ordered a to go order and got the steak fajitas and paid $21 for it. And when I went up there I had two orders to pick up and had to stand there for 15 minutes with the kids while my first order sat on the table cold till I got the second order finally. Literally got home and there was no tortillas so basically couldn't even eat the food. I called up there and the manager spoke with me and said WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT! And hung the phone up on me.... Now he doesn't know I work long hours in healthcare and this is the one night I had home off work this week. We become happier each time we visit this restaurant! We arrived just before 3:00, and the place was not very busy. We chose to sit on the bar side, which was quiet, yet we received attentive service throughout our meal. We initially thought we would have to order from the dinner menu since lunch service ended at 3:00, but to our surprise, the server offered us the option to stick with the lunch menu. We both opted for dinner portions because the food is simply too delicious to resist. I went with one of my favorites, chicken flautas, while my boyfriend chose the chicken chimichanga. I accidentally ended up at this Mexican restaurant because my GPS directed me here instead of another place with a similar name, and I'm so glad I did! The outside could use some sprucing up, but the interior has a warm and vibrant atmosphere. The tables and restrooms were clean, and, more importantly, the food was delicious! I ordered the combo fajita, which was great, though I wish the beef had been sliced instead of shredded, as that's the traditional way to serve it. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I plan to return soon!
Very pleased with the service and quality of our food today, in spite that today is Valentines Day. My wife and I called in our Carryout order and was told that it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes and it was ready when my wife arrived. They had plenty of employees working and ready to handle your needs as you walk in the door. The food was delicious and pricing was very reasonable. Very reliable location for a well known Louisville chain. This particular location is very consistent with good service and great food. Very clean and tables are cleared fast! Good deals on margaritas and free chips and salsa. The owner/manager always asks how everything went and goes out of his way to make sure guests are accommodated. Even when the place is packed, food is out quickly!
This place has been one of our go to places for carry out during these trying times this year. Food is always delicious and ready on time to be picked up. It is also a great thing to be able to get their delicious margaritas to go. Because you just have to have a margarita with Mexican.
We had a wonderful experience at the new location. The food was delicious, and my carnitas were cooked to perfection. We enjoyed two tall drafts served in ice-cold mugs. The atmosphere was fantastic, adding to our enjoyment.
