I have no idea how this place got good ratings. I dined in. Dont recall the name of the dish but it was rice, a thin slice of overcooked meat, fried egg, chorizo sausage beans and a piece of chicharone. I also got a side of chicharone. My meal had noflavor at all. The meat was dry and I had a hard time cutting it. The rice clumped together, beans had no flavor. I truly thoughI had covid as nothing had any flavor. 1 dinner and 1 appetizer was $37. I do have to say the service was good. I wont bereturning.
A delicious takeout spot hidden in an unassuming location in Hopatcong. While it’s promoted as both Mexican and Peruvian, it leans more toward Mexican cuisine. I tried a Peruvian dish once (lomo saltado), which was good, but their Mexican dishes are definitely the standout. The portions are large and prices are very reasonable. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend the carne asada and the burritos. They offer authentic Mexican food, which is rare to find in this area.
First time having it since I moved here and let me tell you, this is that hole in the wall that nobody knows it’s here because it’s in a small little plaza. The food was delicious!! honestly gives you that home cooked meal vibe you would get in your tias house. Love it, was not salty, or overcooked and the pico was mwah chefs kiss. Will be coming back again!! btw I had the Cena Mexicano and the portion was huge for the price you pay!
Tostadas eclipse anything I've had anywhere including upscale places. Give you three, pile on the food, the fried tortilla part is crunchy and thick, and the meat's always cooked well. Getting two is what happens actually if you go to a city or fancyplace. Had only two other dishes and they were either good or okay.

Went there twice for a quick bite. We ordered tacos and soup and let me tell you! Super fresh and tasty! Most restaurants have let me down in this town but this one has been the best by far. Probably the best in town lol. Quick service and the staff is sowelcoming. Love this place
The nicest people ever! They stayed open for us and it was great appreciated. I love having Latino food in our area! And it is delicious! I have order many time and never was disappointed.
This place is amazing! The rice is delicious, and the ceviche is the best I've ever had, and it's right here in town! The staff is very courteous as well.
