The food is good, and I often get takeout from here. However, it's astonishing how often they forget the tortillas. This is MEXICAN FOOD! I’ve probably visited this restaurant nearly 100 times over the past decade, and almost half the time, they forget to include the tortillas, even when they’re supposed to come with the order. The only way to ensure I receive them is to order extra tortillas, and as soon as I skip that, they will inevitably forget them. It's frustrating that a Mexican restaurant continually overlooks something as fundamental as tortillas. Of all things to forget... the tortillas? I have never eaten at El Patio, but the menu looked good; however, the prices seemed too good to be true. I called to confirm, and the online menu they show is not current. The URL shows October 2021. For example, I called and asked if the combination dinners are 9.99, but the person who answered said that they are now 11.99. I do not understand why they would not have updated their website since October 2021. Seems deceptive. I will avoid trying them based on this principle.
Incredible taste, very reasonable prices, and heartwarming service make this restaurant a must-visit. I’ve been to other El Patio locations around Michigan, but none come close to this one in terms of flavor. The non-vegetarian dishes are fantastic, but I recently tried the vegetarian fajitas, and they were quite filling. I had to take some leftovers home because the portion sizes are unbeatable. Thank you, everyone, for the great experience!
I ordered a takeout lunch that included beans, but when I got to the office, it had rice instead. I called the restaurant to let them know, and while they offered to remake it, I explained that I didn't have time to return today. They simply apologized and didn't offer any other solution. Overall, I found the experience pretty disappointing.

The staff is quick and friendly, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Their salsa and chips are exceptional as well. We really enjoy visiting this place whenever we're in the mood for Mexican cuisine.
Fantastic food, cold beverages, great service. You can get in out very fast for lunch. Lunch prices are very reasonable. These guys have it down. I've been dining here for years, it never takes a dip.
I had a great experience during my first visit! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The prices were also quite reasonable. You absolutely have to try the fried ice cream!
Great food and Tuesday Tacos are a delight for the availability of the food for the great price. The complimentary salsa and chips just give the extra delight.

Truly excellent Mexican food prepared and served by Mexicans. It’s one of the last reasonably priced places around. We eat here once a week!
