This was the third time I went through the drive thru and got my order wrong. Order two bacon and egg, two barbacoa, two flour tortillas and ground beef Nachos. But instead got bacon and cheese, barbacoa was hard and taste like it was reheated. And, the meat on the nachos was burnt as well. I never had this bad experience with EL Pato before. I drive from Alamo, to San Juan to get breakfast here and I never had this bad of an issue before.
We stop by this location every year during our visit to San Juan. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable. The food is always tasty and served hot and fresh. The atmosphere is relaxed with a fun vibe. We will continue to stop by.
