El Patron - Table reservation

Visited this restaurant last night and it was shocking! The poor waitress’s (there was only 2 working the packed restaurant) were rushed off their feet. We sat for 20 minutes before being given menus and when we finally did order, our food came out an hour later. Unfortunately 3 of the meals ordered were under cooked chicken so we had to send them back (the meat was also cold and the chips underdone). The poor waitress (Sophia) could not do enough for us, but the owner failed to come out to deal with peoples issues and instead suggested that people were out to get free meals! We decided to try this restaurant which looked good from the outside. The two waiting on staff were pleasant but the food was very poor quality for the price. We were both going to order steaks but when we heard another customer complaining about his we changed our minds especially considering the price charged for steak if it wasn’t right. So we opted to share Camembert starter which was nice and the lasagne which was a ‘special’ for our main courses. It was tasteless with about a teaspoon of meat in it if that. Es un local acogedor y precioso, con servicio de comida como de cena, el servicio excelente con unas camareras súper eficaces y una cocina de 100, la carne es excelente y las pizzas totalmente artesanales,

Last meal in can picafort before returning home- stopped for lunch. Great food, good value, friendly staff.
