Mixed feeling at all levels. The only thing constant is the decoration of the place: both from the outside it brings a warm- eclectic-french-romantic atmosphere. Not too many tables so it is mostly focused to couples or very small groups. Then the mixed experience starts. From the outside the menu is definitely appealing and some dishes meet expectations and beyond (pasta with seafood and foie is grogeous , buy others totally fail (where is the tuna? . We visited Puigcerda and stayed overnight (see my other reviews) and had a wonder into town. Not many 'restaurants ' to speak of, plenty of cafés. We walked past this place as they were setting up for the evening popped our head inside. Its small (seats appx 15-20) but the tapa menu blackboard looked inviting reasonably priced. We booked a table for later that evening for 8 people (located by the window). Food was good. Large portions of tapa to share amongst us. We were all impressed. El bar El Cloquer és un lloc encantador que ofereix una experiència excepcional. La seva terrassa és encisadora, perfecta per gaudir de moments relaxants. El personal ofereix una atenció impecable. Estupendo! La comida buenísima hemos pedido un par de cocas deliciosas. Las alitas buenísimas y el servicio genial. El postre de tarta de queso casero increíble! Nos hemos ido muy satisfechas, sin duda volveremos!

Tot genial i la cambrera que ens ha atés molt simpàtica. De preu genial, en 10-15€ per persona menges. El menjar boníssim i amb opcions vegetarianes. Tornarem!
