El Pollo Loco - Table reservation

I'd been getting food here for about 16 years and had received good customer service for the most part until late August 2021. They've had this convenient ordering system on their app and I used it one Sunday afternoon to order some food for the family. I got into my car to pick up the food but then my car wouldn't start. Called my insurance to have somebody sent over, was notified the wait would be over an hour. I called El Pollo Loco up to cancel my order since I don't know if the problem with my car is with the battery or alternator. I had to assume to worse of the two. I love this food. I think it's a bit expensive, but it's sometimes worth me. I'm a big fan of Tostadas! I love this Zilantro dress. The staff is always so nice! I have often waited Curbside Pickup and never waited very long!

Today we have experienced el pollo loco as it should be. fresh, hot and there. we enjoyed our meal safely and we were definitely satisfied.
