I went thru drive-thru they were not busy with only 1 car ahead of us. I by mistake past the speaker to give my order. I stopped half way realizing I missed the speaker. I was going to back up but another vehicle drove up. So I proceeded to window. I apologized for missing taking my order at speaker. The lady told me I would have to go around and get back in line. She lied to me and said that my order could only be taken at speaker. I told her I've change my order at window before that they should be able to take my order. She said she'd ask manager. Beware Door Dashers! They discriminate based on appearance at this location, you will be forced to sign a receipt and if you don’t sign you will not be able to pick up, even after waiting. I know they discriminate since I would always be asked to sign (their reason was just in case the customer didn’t get their order) until one day it was busy and they didn’t notice me walk in. I waited behind another DoorDasher (middle aged women) and they did not ask her to sign. After she got her order and they noticed I was behind her, they didn’t ask me to sign since they knew I would ask again (politely) why I was signing. I don 't recommend at all the quesadilla, I bought one, when I saw that tortilla I literally told the guy I MAKE IT BETTER the guy who help me was mad and told me, that 's the way we always make them $2.39 dolls, with that much I bought a full bag of tortillas and make many 100% much better that the one I get there. Nasty dry quesadilla ???!

The worst!!!! The only El pollo loco to NEVER have wings. I don't care what time of the day it is. It's evident they're either eating the wings themselves or taking them home. Who's the owner of this location!?. I also just realized they only have 3 stars. Find another location to eat at.
I really enjoy EPL. The only problem I've encountered is with their website, which requires me to change my password every time I log in.
The cashier was very rude. She didnt not even say Hi. Or welcome to pollo loco etc.
Overall pretty good food, but some of the dishes are a few pricy though.
