The chicken was dry and the skin tough. The salad did not have the dressing that was ordered. The amount of guacamole was so small that I had to hunt for it. I couldnt find it. I ordered a sauce for the chips. They sent Pico de Gallo. So, overall, this was a bad experience.
The food was appetite. Customer service could definitely use improvements. I've visited this place a few times, I've never met the unpleasant incident.
classic chicken tostada salad was made incorrect and had items added that were omitted due to allergy. Combo was not complete with large Coke.
Food arrived fresh and piping hot. The quality I get from the Carson location is always fantastic
