The location at Central and Philadelphia has the worst customer service in the drive-thru. The young lady taking our order was extremely impatient. Every time we ordered something, her immediate follow-up question was, "Is that it?" When we received our order and found that the condiments we had paid extra for were missing, we were told they were in the bag, despite checking twice and confirming they weren't there. When I offered some constructive criticism, she just smirked and said, "Yeah, yeah, okay, is that it?" I definitely won't be returning to this one.
The food is always delicious ? at El Pollo. If ordering take out, Always double check your order before you leave. On one of the salads, I asked for the chicken on the side. I went to get my pollo bowl today without rice! The young man who took my order recognized me from my previous visits and was eager to help. He made sure to confirm that my order was correct. However, the girl in the back completely ignored my request and added rice anyway. It was frustrating to waste money on lunch like that, especially on a limited income!
There is always something wrong with my food when coming here. Today the chips were so stale we couldn’t eat them. It’s 11 am everything should be fresh you all just opened.Last time the soup was extra watery there was no flavor what so ever

The customer service here is consistently exceptional—always! The stuffed quesadilla is absolutely delicious. As for parking, there’s plenty available, but it can get quite chaotic during peak hours in this section of the lot.
Still super nice but please cook the rice more ? I’ve been trying the burritos or the rice separately and there’s so much uncooked rice that I bit down multiple times and my teeth hurt.
I order the chicken nachos and was disappointed. The other locations give you shredded chicken not chucks. The chips are flour no corn chips. Do not order it from this
