I love pollo loco but every time I visit this location it?s always a bad experience. This place is always filthy, the tables are always dirty and trash on the floor, the customers service is not good. I used the the coupon from the pollo loco app to get $2off the classic tostada salad full price and when I got my tostada salad they gave me small portions and when I question thelady she said that that?s how it comes with the coupon in smaller portions and every time I use that same coupon I get the fulltostada salad as it should be like it says in the coupon. I just went in there today and ordered the classic chicken tostadasalad and it looked horrible and they put a small portion of chicken....

I ordered two double chicken tostada salads, and a large coke at the drive-thru, paid for my meal and asked for green peppers before driving off. The guy said that everything was in the bag so I left. When my wife and I got to the park I noticed theydidn?t give me a straw, napkins, forks, or the peppers I had asked for. On top of all this I didn?t get the extras chicken Ipaid for, and the little that I got was VERY salty. Today, I visited Pollen-Loco, and it was definitely a mistake. There was a long line of customers, all of whom were complaining. The place was really dirty; the tables weren't clean, and there was food and garbage on the floor. When I finally got my order, it was incomplete—I was missing my potatoes, and they also ran out of cilantro and napkins. It was a frustrating experience overall. Book a table now
Pollo Loco is fantastic! I'm so grateful for their $5 menu options. It's one of the few places still offering $5 combos during these challenging times. Their chicken is, without a doubt, the best tasting in the fast food industry. They also provide great family meal deals and healthy choices, including keto options and salads.
