I was in the mood for something fresh, light, yet satisfying, and El Pollo definitely delivered. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Tostada salad, which was loaded with rice, beans, and crunchy lettuce—it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was full of flavor, perfectly charbroiled, marinated, and juicy. The sautéed fajita peppers and onions, combined with the guacamole, sour cream, and salsa from the self-serve station, added the perfect zesty finishing touch. Even though the restaurant was busy during lunchtime, the staff remained friendly and attentive.
I went in to use the restroom and both bathrooms were a mess. No toilet paper at all(4 rolls empty). I told the employee and she said ok. I stood there for 10 minutes then she actually asked me if I?m waiting for something. Lol. I am, I said, for thetoilet paper and she said oh, ok. One second?. No kidding? Lol Anyway. That?s ridiculous. Dining room full of people about toleave and likely wanting to use the restroom before they do and they don?t think the restroom condition is a priority? Come on.
Five stars for honest people! Last week, I visited the San Juan Capistrano, CA 92629 location to get my usual Double Chicken Avocado Salad. In a rush to get back to the office, I accidentally left my credit card behind. The next day, I called, and after answering some security questions, they informed me that someone had found it. I was able to pick it up from Maria, one of the staff members, who was kind and polite. Thank you!

My husband and I recently visited and ordered two salads, one large Sprite, and a taco. Unfortunately, we found four hairs in both salads combined. The Sprite was actually sparkling water, and the taco was served cold. Please ensure proper hygiene when handling food, heat the meat thoroughly, and consider refilling the soda machines with syrup from time to time.
El Pollo Loco consistently offers fast and excellent service. The food is undoubtedly fresher than at most other places. Their salsa bar is always well-stocked, and if it needs refilling, just mention it to the staff, and they’ll promptly handle it. The menu at El Pollo Loco offers a great variety of fresh options that keep customers coming back.
Great spot for a mostly healthy quick meal. My main issue is that I always say no salsa, yet they ask me about it multiple times each visit, and sometimes I still end up with salsa in my bag that I have to remove and return. I visit often enough that the person at the window should recognize me, my order, and that I don’t want salsa.

Never cared for El Pollo Loco, and still don't! No meat on chicken. ALL SKIN! Sides aren't that tasty either. Salsa, NO FLAVOR! I only liked the corn and flour tortillas.
they're five-dollar combos are the best for the price and they're the healthiest I think out of most fast food chains.
