The first time! I passed this Pollo Loco a trillion time and I'm finally over. You cook your check. Some pollen locos undercook it so I'm super picky. The salsa was also perfect! The only one was the rice. The rice was not so good compared to other pollen. Other than that, customer service was great! Super fast service too.
Today was a very good day in El Pollo Loco! The food was fresh and delicious. Service was great. Very satisfied with the dining room. It was a bit cold in the dining room, but everything was great.
Wonderful food and even better service. The manager went out his way to accommodate us, and even made some recommendations to get a better offer for the food we wanted. 10/10!
