Food was great. However, was there with a child that went to use the restroom when my spidey senses started tingling. Got up to check the restroom to find they are no longer marked Male or Female one is marked Designated for Customers Only , the other is marked Designated for Employees Only . I would have no problem with this if they were single stall bathrooms, but it is a two stall restroom. To use the restroom, EVERYONE has to undress themselves to some extent. SO VERY NOT OKAY to send my kiddo into a small enclosed space to undress to use the restroom and have them two feet away from a stranger.
The staff at this restaurant are absolutely amazing. They are attentive and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to take great care of their customers. I had no issues with my orders, unlike some other chicken restaurants where mistakes are made frequently. The food is also exceptional, unlike the roasted chicken from other stores that can leave you with heartburn and a greasy mess. The chicken remains delicious even days later, without any unpleasant smells or flavors. I would give this place more than five stars if I could.

The employees at this location are just plain AWSOME. They listen and are very helpful they really go out of their way to help and take excellent care of the customers. I haven't had any problems with any of my orders, unlike other chicken restaurants that mess up the orders almost every time. And the food is also awesome, unlike the fried chicken (heartburn and greasy messy coating) stores. The chicken is even good several days later with no stail smell or taste. I would select more stars but there's only five.
The 2 STARS are a UPGRADE. It was a good thing of time and money. I was very excited about some tacos, and that was a total setback. I've never been here, so I asked what was good. There were enormous sounds in the kitchen. - That's a mistake. I ordered 2 chicken tacos (on soft Tacos sm rice chips / Guac salsa. (And I also received 8 EXTRA SOFT TORTILLAS??! And no utensils.
Easy spot for a quick burrito or bowl, on the fairly healthy side. They dont have too many options, and the bowls are basically deconstructed burritos. Plus I remember the Pollo Locos in Florida had an amazing sauce bar. This Pollo Loco has a green sauce and a red sauce.
I tried the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Burrito and the Chicken Nachos—both were fresh and tasty. The staff were professional, and the restaurant was clean. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

You are very accommodating!! Delicious shrimp tacos! Ask the chicken / avocado burrito and tell them to keep the chicken and add shrimp. It is worth if you like shrimps.
For lunch, I ordered the beef burrito and it was huge and definitely worth the price. It was so filling that I didn't even need dinner that night.
