The first time I tried El Pollo Loco for the first time, the participant only left me waiting for more than 20 minutes while they went to the commands, so I gave up) It was hard to order, because I really could not understand what the participant said, she spoke so low! After the order, I went with my son to the toilet room, 2 minutes later my order was ready for good point), but the other participant started screaming my name as hell again and again, really loud, all in the restaurant stop looking at me, it was ridiculous! When I got the food, it was the worst, it looks like a rotisserie chicken that bought some and almost ate all the meat! The taste is good, but the experience was terrible...
I win in this restaurant since I was a little child, now I bring my kik tag and all this time I have the best put their nice and fresh people who work on the oldest friend to smile to them give them the eating runtime I recommended for family who like to enjoy as this fast food with family this is the place
This is my absolute favorite El Pollo Loco.The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The staff is always efficient,friendly and polite. Can?t wait to return and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in at a great price.
