Got the overstuffed quesadillas for the first time in a BOGO offer. I had the birria beef and my husband had the chipotle chicken one. They were fairly tasty but could have used a little spice. Not very big and not that stuffed but were prettyfilling. For $11 for both it was not bad, paying $20+ for both would have been way too much for what they are. Their chickenis usually really good but I don 't visit nearly as often as I used to, it 's not the same without the salsa bar. 2nd disappointment in a month, I do not know What is going on in this location but we usually love the salad and bowls but tonight ordered 2 carbon taco combos and a nachos combo. The Tacos were skimpy on onions and cilantro, 1 as you can see from the pic was without anything and dry like it was old, the Nachos were soggy and the chicken was dry and hard like it was premade and reheated. The nachos were gross and got thrown away, we ate our tacos by adding veggies Avacado and salsa to mask the bland tasteless flavor. My wife and I will not be trying anything new their again and we will be hard pressed to come back at all vary disappointed... If any of you find these pics appetizing feel free...
Uses the coupons: two meals for $10.99 and 8 pieces for $10. The chicken in the two-part meal was dry and older pcs. but tasteful. The sides of beans, rice and salad were phenomena! Make sure you have extra salsas for them are very good. When I opened the containers with the chicken, I thought, Oh, my God, what little pieces! However, due to the taste and quality of the chicken it was filled and tasteful. I recommend you if you didn't try El Pollo Loco. The young man in the drive-thru was polite and professional. The manager with the bleached reddish hair, stood behind this employee and shined at him and pretended to be disturbed by the customers. Love the food!!! Book a table now
My experience at this restaurant was not good. I have been there three times and each time my order was incomplete because they forgot items. When I tried to explain the problem to the employees, they did not seem to understand. I was also charged $2.49 for a small guacamole that I never received. The staff needs to improve their customer service skills. I have never experienced such poor service before.
I decided to give this restaurant a try. The service was good, but the food was not. I ordered a 2 piece chicken chest and wing, and it seemed like it was sitting out for a while because the chicken was dry and barely warm. For $10, I expect a good meal, not a disappointing and dry one. If I wanted something warm and dry, I would visit my ex.
The drive-through attendant was unpleasant and refused to honor my second voucher despite the restaurant not being very busy. Instead, she told me to leave and come inside to use the voucher. This experience was a waste of time. It would have been better if she had accepted the voucher and provided better customer service.
Thought I'd give it another try. Well the drive through service was good. The food....not so much. Got a 2 piece breast and wing... it must be near the end of the shift because the chicken was dry as hell and warm. For $10 I want a good hot meal not adry warm experience. The chicken was over cooked so bad that it was dry and hard without the skin??. The rice was just as dry with no type of flavor. The beans were tasty! The tortilla's were nice and hot. I felt as if I was at Moly's donut shop in the movie Friday...order food and tell them to hold the flies ..smh
