This was my first visit to this restaurant with my family, and we were eager to try some Peruvian cuisine. Initially, we planned to order takeout, but we were invited to dine inside. The space is quite small, featuring a small stage as well. It was a Sunday afternoon around 1:00 p.m., and while it wasn't overly crowded, they were busy with numerous takeout orders. The kitchen appeared clean, and our order was taken promptly. We chose the chicken chaufa and shrimp saltado, paired with refreshing passion fruit juice (maracuyá). first time ordered an anticucho, according to the photo on the internet, 2 whole fries, a portion of corn and lettuce with the meat skewers, to start with the portion of corn is ridiculous, nothing to do with the photo on the internet that was look at a good portion, I think I could count the corn with both hands, the portion of lettuce the same, the potatoes came only boiled, nothing fried as in the photo (still specify the person who answered me by phone and if they go fried, nothing to do) ... and the price does not do justice for the portion they give you ....
Hearty plates, each plater is bountiful. Yes food is delicious.Menu is the consist of Pollo a las Brasas, Selection of Chaufa (think fried rise], Tallarin (spaghetti) and Salvador (French fries) each offered mixed with choice of Beef, Chicken, Shrimp. AND vegetarian option. Salvador and Tallarin have Tomatoes and onion, Salvador have a side of white rise.They also have Ceviche sea foodLike most pervuian restaurants they have Chicha a delicious corn based drink.Plenty of tables
El Pollo Peru is a fantastic restaurant in San Fernando. The manager was incredibly polite and even treated us to a complimentary meal. We enjoyed the chicken, rice, and fries, which were absolutely delicious. They also served a flavorful sauce that enhanced the dish. The neighborhood may not be the most upscale, but as they say, some of the best food can be found in humble areas! They also offer delightful desserts. Be sure to support this place!

As a proud Peruvian, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! If I'm not cooking Peruvian dishes myself, I make sure to dine here. The owner is a wonderful, hardworking woman who also serves as the chef.
