I ordered a whole chicken at this restaurant, but it arrived soggy and appeared to be old. The flavor was quite unappetizing. I attempted to call several times, but my calls were redirected. When I finally got in touch with the manager, he told me to come back for a replacement. Unfortunately, the new chicken was just as soggy and stale as the first one. It’s extremely frustrating to pay nearly $30 for such a subpar meal. I know how the chicken from this restaurant typically tastes, and this was not it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
Pollo regio In general is really great very delicious. The location on Cooper needs some help but did a review and they answered and said they will fix the problem thats why I didn't give it a 1 star. The fort worth location is so so good. Great chicken really hope it's not because of the lack of help the Cooper location was how it was.
I ordered dinner last night, and I was lucky to have Ivan assist me. He was exceptionally friendly and attentive! I shared my meal preferences with him, and he promptly handled my order. I asked for a few extra items, and Ivan made sure everything was perfect. He truly went above and beyond to ensure my order was just right.
The cashier, DeLaRosa, was extremely courteous when I placed my order. She made sure she fully understood what I wanted and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. The service was outstanding, and I will certainly come back, especially if I can expect the same quality of service from her!

Eating was fine, ready to wait when your order was something like the whole chicken. A tortta that comes with pommes that they forgot to cook when I finished my meal, went to see if I could get my order of pumice, they still said they didn't cook. I didn't really care about it because I can say it didn't bother me.
I absolutely love this place! The cashier, Bryan, is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He offers outstanding customer service, and the service overall is really quick. The manager, Stephanie, does an excellent job with her team and ensures great customer service as well.
I just wanted to give a positive review, not only for the fantastic roasted chicken dinner, but also for the service I received from the employee named Ivan. He was very nice and courteous.
chicken was bad tough not eatable no rice no beans no tortillas no drink I gave to my cat to eat rest outside my door for dogs it was not good at all waste of money and time
