I went here for the first time Saturday morning and got a couple empanadas and never again. I got sick right after I ate the pizza empanada, I didnt even try the other one I got. I don’t think it was fresh, and god only knows how long it was left out and maybe was from the previous day. I had nothing but chills, weakness, dizziness and vomiting right after, and that was my lunch. It was my first time and will be my last, as I’m just now recovering from whatever foodborne illness that gave me, 3 days later, got me outta commission over a nasty empanada. I have reported this to the health department because no ma’am. Read these one star reviews.
First time here and to be honest the food taste good and the staff is super friendly and customer service oriented. The reason I’m giving a 3 stars is because the food took more than one hour to be served and it’s a little pricey compared to other restaurants in the area offering the same food. Overall the atmosphere is great and I recommend this place, but definitely they have to work on serving the food in a decent timely manner.Note: there’s a 2% service charge of paying with a credit card and 5 people or more, three is an automatic 18% service fee.
This place is a good place to stop by for a quick snack or meal. Hispanic food for cheap. Sometimes the food has been sitting at the window for a while and it could be stale but sometimes it's amazing. The drink options are great and varied as well. They have alot of food options. I would recommend if you want to try new hispanic foods, desserts and snacks.
Very friendly. Delicious food! Very fast efficient only had to wait for fresh tostones! Which is completely fine with me. But everyone else came ordered food and left. So seems most of their food is ready to goVegetarian options: Tostones, queso parillas
