El Rancho Mexican Grill

We have always enjoyed getting take out from here. Today we got takeout and after my wife put down her soft taco from taking a bite she noticed something strange. After looking closer it was a **** fingerprint. We immediately called management to let them know and their first response was it was from a cherry in the order. Not a cherry tomato but a cherry as in one that goes in a drink. We did not have anything with fruit. I asked for a phone number to text a picture to right away, did so, but they advised they did not get it. She then said that no one in the kitchen was bleeding at any part of the day today. Food tasted amazing but I was a little put off by the portions. I got 3 steak tacos... first one had more onion than steak, second one was about even but didn't even fill the tortilla from one side to the other, and 3rd was perfect. I have pics of the last 2 but I ate the first one there lol! Salsa was bland. Everything needed more cilantro but most places don't use enough for me. Salsa almost didn't have any though. Or anything else other than tomato. Rice and beans were good. Their cheese on the tacos was amazing so creamy and so yummy! Staff was very friendly!

I love Mexican cuisine, and this place is great. I live in slidell, but if I find myself in the opposite of mandeville, I often stop here for lunch or dinner. eating is excellent, and the service is friendly.

Quality was under par. Was not long, not near the quality it was earlier. Everything tasted the same and Bland. Only reason to give 2 stars is that the service was good. Don't go back

the personal and service are excellent and the best. Favourite place, eating is amazing, evething is delicious and their deceptions are incredible
