The last time I followed a comment about good Mexican food in the springs, I was highly disappointed. So I was a little nervous this time... but, I'm happy to say, that was not the case this time! They caught my attention with the salsa bar... chips and salsa being one of my favorite parts about eating at a Mexican restaurant. I tried the chilli rellenos, due to the review that was left about them and the fact that they are up there as one of my favorite go-to dishes. Come here frequently. My go to is the Queso Burrito. Majority of the time it's a phenomenal burrito. The queso helps even out the Burrito and gives it a good balance. Every once in awhile the meat is either burnt or overcooked. That would be a 1 in 6 times. Because of this it's a 4 star for me. If it wasn't for that it would be 5 stars.
Dinner for two in relaxed beautiful environment. Great service. Love the idea of the salsa bar with a variety of choices. Just try all of them with the complimentary warm corn tortilla chips before the meal arrives. Menu of plenty good looking choices.
