excellent vermutería in the mountain capital. a classic, of the good, on santander. rabies is usually very rich, like croquettes, but in my way of seeing, the best and most special are the snails. very rich also, in season, the appetizers. and all this well watered and accompanied with rods very, very well surcadas, a rich vermuts, and a friendly attention of all who attend there.
Great bar (with food) for vermut. The vermut master is excellent at serving the vermuts and the waitress called us a taxi without being asked when she saw that it was raining and that 5 of us needed to get to the airport. Service above and beyond what we expeced. Cannot wait to return.
