My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I placed an order over the phone, using the menu posted on their website. When I arrived 10 minutes later to pick it up, I found the prices were 35% higher. The staff claimed the website shows an old menu, and instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they insisted it wasn’t their responsibility and showed no care for the issue. As for the food, it was far from fresh. The meat in the tacos had clearly been cooked earlier and set aside, lacking flavor and warmth. This is a two-parter. We took out a weeknight dinner from here, so our in-house experience was limited. The food was ok. Not great, but worth trying again. Then we ate a weekend lunch here. The restaurant is not clean. From filthy walls and ceiling tiles, to greasy salt and pepper shakers, you could feel the grime. The food was not fresh. My guess is that most of the meat was cooked that morning or even the night before. Despite having one of the best mole sauces I've had in a while, I doubt we'll eat here again.
i like this place when i get sick of taco bell the chicken or steak tacos are simple but always tasty, and seem pretty authentic. the chips, guacamole, and pico de gallo have always been delivered fresh. the rice black beans are pretty good too. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
