As others have said, kind of a hole in the wall place, but the food is great. Many Mexican places are kind of similar, but this place is unique, especially considering being next to a gas station in a tiny town. One of those unassuming, great places you hear about. I got Mexican style tacos, which were very good. They came with a lime wedge, which is essential, I think. The sauce they came with were great as well. I like hot sauce that makes me sweat and somehow this sauce made me sweat, yet was surprisingly mild in the mouth. Absolutely the best mexican restaurant I've ever been to in my life and that's the honest truth. We were riding our motorcycles and was stopping at the store, that's how we discovered the restaurant. Thank goodness!! The staff (family) were wonderful. The food was great and very beautiful actually. The guacamole was the best I've ever had. We stopped here for dinner on our drive down from Pennsylvania and the food was excellent! The owner was so kind and enjoyable to talk with. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The birria tacos were by far the best I’d ever had! They also had a nice fire going outside. If you’re in the area, you must visit.
