One star is being generous. Don’t know how this place is still open with it’s over priced cold dry chicken. They tried to charge me $16 for a piece of grilled chicken breast. The customer service. Basura. They all have this attitude like somehow you’ve inconvenienced them by existing. Never going back. You shouldn’t bother going at all. Spare yourself the disappointment and don’t waste your money.
The chicken is finger licking good, service is good, it looks messy and busy but they get to you in good time. Calling ahead for take out is the best way to go. Table service is good, the bread at arrival... yummy. The food is always good. Pictured is the chicharon de pollo without bones, large white rice, beans, salad, mojito, soda is free with some combos.
Its ridiculously expensive the food is not very good and the staff have an attitude problem.Dont bother seriously. I ordered a small soup and 3 lunches of rice beans and meat plus 4 juices and they said it was $93 I was shocked. When I got the food late and cold it had no sauces napkins or cutlery I was so disappointed.
Have been waiting over an hour and 20 minutes for chicken chunks and rice and beans. And when I called, they hung up on me and never told me the estimate time arrival everytime I would ask. This is ridiculous! Bad customer service and horrible delivery time! Book a table now
that was great and so was the service, but at the end when I went to pay, I gave them the wrong credit card. I gave them my cash app card instead of my PayPal card and they took money from both. I don't like that. So I won't go back to this.
that's the worst place ever. first they have to hire people who speak English. I waited an hour for my food and then everything was spilled in the bag. I'll never buy anything from this place again. they don't care about their reviews.
This was a $15 dollar plate though it wasn’t bad where’s the meat the bowl of beans was more water than beans bad attitude staff and ridiculous portions this is pegnil they use a small plate smdh I’m done with this place
Their customer service skills are terrible, they take long making orders, don't order here from, Uber Eats, grubhub and DoorDash they will make you wait 30 mins for a simple order Book a table now
the personal on is I never wait long and eating is amazingly best grilled Latin flavored huh in the bronx and the mojo sauce is amazing I wish I could give this place 10 stars!
