The restaurant had a nice ambiance, and the food was delicious. However, we arrived at 6 PM and received our menus, but no one came back with water until we asked for it half an hour later. Our waiter mentioned that they were short-staffed due to a festival happening in Old San Juan. Given that there were only 10 to 12 tables in the restaurant, it seems they should be able to manage service better for the size of their establishment. Once we expressed our dissatisfaction, we finally received better service. Our food arrived well after we ordered—about 50 minutes after we had been seated. The food was satisfactory, but definitely overpriced. The service was quite disappointing. They charged us $8.50 for water that we didn't even order. The hostess spent the entire time on the phone while seating us. We would have preferred to wait until she finished her call, but instead, she just gestured at us as she tried to show us to our table. To make matters worse, she started sweeping under our table while we were still eating—not that we lingered too long; our reservation was at 7:15. Additionally, our waitress forgot to place our dessert order, and we ended up waiting 45 minutes before we could ask her about it. She didn't even attempt to bring us the check during that entire time....
We had a very disappointing experience. They lost our order, we did not get served food for an hour and a half, and at that point, our server rushed to make our salads himself with no dressing. They were understaffed, out of several Menu items at a 5 pm dinner, no bartender. I complained and told them of my concerns and was given a feee drink instead to go. I spoke to a manager the next day who promised he would get back to me with some way to make it right and never followed thru.
Excellent Argentine cuisine in Old San Juan with a fantastic location. We ordered the Parrillada for two, which was an enormous amount of food and offered excellent value for the price. They also have an extensive wine selection. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in town!

We had a churrasco and fillet mignon. The churrasco was a little overly burnt, as was the fillet. Almost every side that came with the fillet was an up charge. The food quality was not equal to the high price we paid
The food and ambience was excellent. The steak was delicious and the side dishes delicious. The service was just ok. The location and decor are excellent.
Amazing food and a wonderful place. Plan on 2.5 to 3 hours for the full experience. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in Puerto Rico.
