Welcome to Elsie Lane Bellmore, where The Buttermilk Handcut Boneless Chicken brought back memories of small, jagged-edged chicken nuggets and the Bone-In Chicken is brined, baked, and then fried, a decent size, moist not too juicy and not too dry. The chicken offers versatility with a choice of 20 dips (sauces). Among the dips I sampled, the Mango Habanero had a lingering after taste that my taste buds didn't appreciate. Sweet Heat BBQ was a personal favorite, which was the first dip to run dry, and the Wenzel dip was reminiscent of a familiar buffalo flavor.
