I stayed here during a recent work trip. The same person was at the front desk during check in and check out. She was not very pleasant and seemed like she was burdened by the guests.I also had my catalytic converter stolen overnight in the parking lot. The front desk lady was not sympathetic in the least, didn 't apologize, and was pushy to have the police come even when I said I would like to call once my boss (also a victim of the same crime) was in the lobby with me. We stopped and stayed for a very close friends parents celebration of life. The celebration was a great celebration of their lives! The stay however wasn't that great. Being a past Diamond Member the service was EXTREMELY different with my wife's name on the bill and reservation. We left 2 items in the fridge in reusable containers my wife left a jacket and some hangers in the closet. When she called that evening she was told nothing was turned in or it was thrown away! Just plain tossed in the trash sent to a garbage heap somewhere no lost and found? When I traveled and was a Diamond Member there wasn't this type of nonchalant service. The breakfast omelette chefs are friendly and do a great job. The bedroom in the back of our suite was quiet and comfortable. The front room was exposed to a huge amount of noise from the lobby and hallways. If you're on the sofabed you can be woken up in English, Spanish, and Arabic within 20 minutes. The front desk staff wasn't friendly or warm. The location is kind of depressing (back of a parking lot). So... 5 stars for the back bedroom, 1 star for the front room... averaging to 3.
The rooms were pleasant and tidy, featuring a pull-out mattress from the couch for additional sleeping arrangements. The service was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly. I would like to give a special shout-out to Isabela at the omelette station for her cheerful and warm demeanor, even at such an early hour. The only downside was that the TVs were quite slow; I believe the remote in my room could use a new battery.

The inside of the building was made with great architecture. I absolutely loved the inside of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and late bar was perfect!! Rooms were a great size and priced very well for the area. I had no issues during my stay. Customer service was amazing.Food drinks: Free hot breakfast buffet had an amazing selection. Fruit and cereal bar was included with a wide variety of juices and coffee.
We held a family reunion in Chicago and picked this hotel as our base. They gave us rooms next to each other, which was so helpful. I left my phone in the room after checkout, staff recovered it and kept at front desk. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean and spacious. Friendly staff, free breakfast cocktail hour, and cold fruit water for my reusable bottle every day, I couldn't ask for more.
Came in not sure what to do because my friend booked a room before hand and we couldn't arrive at the same time so my friend had me put on the registration when me and my girlfriend came in he immediately stopped what he was doing to help us as soon as i said 413 he recognized us and helped us and was extremely informational very kind guy with great manners and professionalism
The customer service was outstanding. Doris at the front desk really went above and beyond to ensure we felt well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks at reception, and the breakfast was better than we had anticipated, offering a variety of hot options.

This was the best hotel experience I've ever had! The breakfast and food from the hotel bar were excellent. A big thank you to the general manager, John! When we're back in the area, we will definitely choose to stay at this location again. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Keep up the fantastic work! We will be back!
