It's always worth coming ambuka. the menu is extensive, with seasonal ingredients and first quality, original and with a very careful presentation. varied entrances, such as very good roasted algae and the traditional poche violet, with mushrooms and egg. caldero, cod in the oven and a taco of tuna with an impressive foie. ratio quality extraordinary price. the place is very cozy inside but also has tables on the terrace.
We have arrived before the agreed time, we have been very kind. the algae very fried, and we order croquettes, rolls, octopus, tuna cake and a dish of caldero and Iberian fan. dessert cake, torrijas and chocolate texture. We've been and it's more food, but a pleasure like always. It's a safe value.
