This is a decent restaurant, and I would consider returning under the right circumstances. The hostess was pleasant and did her best to ensure we were seated on time, as we had a reservation, and that we were comfortable. However, she was held up by a large party that lingered for over four hours, which delayed her greeting us. As a result, we chose to sit outside at a table near the restroom. Although it was cool outside, the heat lamps made it more comfortable for us than being at a cramped table by the bathroom.

the front door, although there was a vestibul between the outside door and the inside door, had to remind her to close the outside door. too long between apps and main course, like 30 minutes. 5 dinners came to the table at once and the 6th came like 3-4 minutes later and it was best warm.
We came with old Bronx friends and enjoyed our dinner. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly and we made new friends at the table next to us.
