We had ordered from Empire plenty of times before. No major mess ups and the food was decent. Last order the girl taking the order was rude, messed up the order, had to call back to confirm card info because she had that wrong too. After the food was delivered I called back to explain the mistake. I was questioned by two woman including the one that took my order originally. At the end of the call they confirmed they would send the driver back with the right ordered item they never delivered it MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We love Empire Pizza!! Out in Portland we don't have much to choose from, never mind places that deliver and are some what affordable! Empire has never had a mess up with our order, always delivered in great time with hot fresh food and the prices are very reasonable!! And we love that we don't have to always order pizza, sandwiches, dinners everything MMMM ordering right now!!!
My husband ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, but when we received it, it looked like burnt hamburgers and did not taste good at all. I ordered a turkey sandwich and paid $11 for just a thin slice of meat. This was our third time trying Empire restaurant, but we will not be going back for a fourth visit.
Do not order from Empire. The frozen vegetable toppings tasted like they came straight from the freezer, making the pizza inedible and even making me sick. The crust tasted like ground up cardboard, and to top it off, the delivery person was rude. At $35.00, it was definitely not worth it.

Empire is one of my favorite places for a quick lunch salad. Everything is always fresh and crispy. I wish they did a house dressing instead of Ken's (not my favorite), but that's not a big deal.
Empire is great and they have a huge menu it is pizza and diner food... and the girl answering the phones doesn 't speak English very well so she comes off as snotty, but she is very sweet.
The pizza is awful, like eating a frozen pizza. The waitress was the only redeeming quality at this restaurant, but I would recommend skipping it unless you have no other options.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, it is consistently spotless. The food is prepared freshly and served promptly.
Yea that B is RUDE! Theres alot of people that need a job out there. She needs to be grateful!
