My family and I dived into the facility tonight. At lunch we noticed that we don't have everything we ordered, so we explained the problem to our server. Instead of bringing back the missing item he looked around our table, quickly and announce that the order was placed on the table. In addition, I told him that we did NOT get the article back, and again he announced that he would be looking to see if someone had mistakenly the article. It was later discovered that after checking our table and searching for the entire restaurant the order was not fulfilled. I feel insulted because the problem should be solved quickly instead of treating us as if we were dishonest.
All I had here was great. The selection of beers is not as good as expected, and they are almost always made from several items on tap. Not sure how you escape from Krugbier. I always change the keg when I leave. I always keep an extra keg or three around because I never know when I'm going to run out. Pretty easy to change a keg and a ****. No beer list somewhere. The servers do not even have a list. Some of them know what's on Hahn. Most people don't know. Good place that could be a great place with a little more effort.
This is the first time we have had an issue with our server and food. We asked for a large salad split like we always had done in the past visits. When they brought it out it was jut on one plate. We asked to have it split. She said it was not written up that way. She brought two more plates and said you can split them yourself. We sent them back and it was just tossed on the plate and messy. Well just before we left she finally asked if we would like a refill on our drink. Just to say it was just poor service this time.
Calzones were from the GREAT diagram! Back today to try their burgers. Service was top notch. It was busy for obvious reasons. So happy we found a great pizza in Rock Hill SC.
