Empower is one of my favorite places to go!! I look forward to my acai bowl every week!! The owners, Stephanie and her husband, make you feel so welcomed when you come in. They have created this perfect environment that promotes positivity and healthy living. They are so accommodating when I ask for extra protein in my food!!Everything is delicious! My favorites are the acai bowls, waffles, refreshers, and the protein shakes! I would definitely recommend Empower!!! Best place to go after a workout!

As for kid-friendliness, they make drinks that appeal to children, and my daughter's favorite is the cucumber fresh.
