this came very recommended, but I was very disappointed. visited emu hall at the weekend for the search for great food in penrith. I made a booking for four and after we were greeted we were turned into the front room that was a beautiful environment. Unfortunately, this is the place where the joy ended when we waited for a participant to take our coffee orders. it took 30 minutes to come for another person and take the second amount of coffee orders and then another person to deliver them, and then another person to take our breakfast orders. I had to ask them three times to take our orders, and at no time had confidence that our orders were delivered correctly or in time. while eating was...

recently had a brunch here with friends and I would not recommend the place. some friends arrived before me and ordered coffee before I arrived, there were 25 minutes after I came that their coffee came. we haven't seen any waiting staff in this time. we may have seen six different waiting staff during the visit and none of them seemed prepared, we had to ask someone to come and take our order, and none of them had a notebook to hand. my friends have cost their food, but I found that the breakfast burger was nothing extraordinary, the bungalow tasted like the brand coles and the speck was understated. when I was here before, I would judge eating as average, but the service was absolutely hor...

We recently had our work Christmas Party with a group of 25 people We all had the most amazing time. The service was excellent from start to end. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food and drinks, oh my gosh, AMAZING! plentiful and delicious. Timing of all the courses was seamless, with staff making sure of our desired timing it was very professionally handled. The atmosphere was great, with music on the verandah giving a great vibe, and the view of the river, as the sun went down....just beautiful. I highly recommend Emu Hall for your next function, definitely value for money.

customer service ever! ordered drinks and entree, waitress did not return to take lunch, we had to find someone who has to do this. ordered more drinks that have never come to us. waited 15 minutes for the service here also. then we mentioned the last 2 drinks that we did not pay because we did not get them to which the answer was apologised that I forgot! would not recommend and will not be back.
