Service was so slow it was infuriating, staff running round like headless chickens, thankfully when finally getting the food it was hot fresh and tasty. £15 for a burger chips and drink, pretty expensive for what it is, not sure whether I’d be back, there’s worse places out there but a ton of much better ones too
My guess, most of the staff are new or tired. We order chicken sandwich and they gave us fish sandwich. Food taste bland. Price not reasonable for that quality if food. Need to improve thei quality of food and service for their price.
It was the worst burger in my life. The bun was burned(almost black and smells burned), hard and dry. Sauce is not matched. I couldn’t finish the burger. And I lost all the trust about restaurants in Disneyland.
The burgers are the closest to a whataburger I have had since in Europe. Really good food, service is ok and it's crowded and expensive, but it's Disney so whatcha gonna do.
