This is a restaurant you don't want to miss when you're here. The dishes at the restaurant are simply delicious. I have the pork shoulder and potato dumplings, the pig has been boiled, tender with sturdy taste! Do not forget to get a beer to complete your meal. We were served by a lady, I thought she was the boss. She was so friendly and charming, she told us all dishes so no worries if you can't read German. Cheers!
I took five friends from Great Britain here, they loved the experience and asked me to thank the staff. During these uncertain times we need to support our favorite restaurants and bars. Only so can I help by recommending Gasthaus Engel as fantastic experiences. We look forward to the normal service after this second lock.
Food was good as always, the service fast and friendly! We were sitting outside on their beautiful garden. I couldn't make pictures of the food (I had Schnitzel) because I was too hungry! Come on!
A fantastic little bar, amazingly priced food and drink, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. What more does anyone want? Parking here is really limited though.
