beautiful and inviting location from domodossola to the passage of the sempion. comfortable and large parking... the perfect combination to invite to the stop (: restructured and well maintained restaurant (with also accommodation) excellent and sunny location. Food ..? we go to the sweet notes ... Menù quite varied especially of typical/simple dishes and some dish with meat to be baked on the plate. Long waiting time also for simple dishes such as sandwiches, sausages and other dishes that do not require long cooking. Friendly service. final price? I would also like to say that the Commission is not in a position to take the view that the Commission is not in the interests of the Commission...
As I'm sure many people have found this restaurant, in it's stunning location, on a sunny summers day it looked fabulous, The menu was good the view to die for, food arrived the waiter owner put in down in front of usbabbled something my 6 year old couldn't understand and left, the plates were searing hot, not just warmed but palpable from a distance, needless to say my daughter touched it, burned and wouldn't eat. I tried to speak to the staff about it, but they clearly didn't give a damn, perhaps they hate children, they neither accepted that kids need a little extra consideration, nor that they could do something a little different. My way or the highway was their attitude.Quite the worst...
We were traveling from Italy to Switzerland via the Alps and we saw this restaurant in the middle of the road.We knock on the door and a friendly young woman open the door and invite us to enter.The meal was very unique and the tastes was wonderful. Everything fresh and so good.Switzerland isn't cheap, and so this restaurant.But, it worth the money.We took for each a meat dish and a 0.5L wine bottle. The total was around 80 euro.This place is a must stop if you driving around.
good quality, huge portions, friendly service in a beautiful location. we were short on Swiss francs, but the owner was happy to pay in euro. Sometimes they have luck when they travel and find a really good place randomly. that was one of these times highly recommended.

We stopped for a quick lunch, but we didn't leave anymore. great burger and especially memorable potato soup with alpine herbs, served in a cologne! the warm welcome and the impeccable service made the stop an experience to be repeated as soon as possible.
who has no pleasure on the mass tourism stop on the simplon finds a perfect oldative here. rustic decor, but in very good condition, with friendly service and good kitchen. and if the weather plays with you you can also enjoy the intentionally.
this restaurant with an atmosphere that is very clean. everything attracts the look, the map is well represented and the service is very pleasant. on the road between the Swiss and the Italian is a pleasant stop.
