Friend referred me here. Traveled from Yonkers to try someplace new. Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. Nothing fancy. I ordered the Chocolate Fudge Cake and was told it is 3 layers. Picked it up and it was 4 layers. Decoration was awful and person who wrote on cake not great. The cake had these silver balls which is fine but I didn't ask for flowers and green and orange m&m candies scattered on it. I took the candy off and added 2 heart shaped cookies they sell. The cake also didn't fit in their boxes. Young man had to get creative with it. That day I also ordered a tuna sandwich on rye. The tuna was good but the bread was stale and fell apart. I went there for the first time a few days ago. I bought 2 pieces of different cakes. One was supposedly with chocolate. The cake was hard and stale and what was inside did not taste at all like chocolate. The second piece was with some kind of cream and strawberries inside. This cake also tasted stale. The cream tasted as if it was made with cheap butter. The strawberries tasted spoiled and watery. The baker apparently does not know that you are not supposed to mix strawberries with cream. They are supposed to be separately in the cake. Never going to this place again.

You may get overwhelmed with all of the options. Pretty amazing selection. The late day shifts are usually better service, but overall device is good. The quiches, prepared foods, and holiday baked goods are pretty amazing. Did I mention they have home made twinkled- yes red velvet is a flavor.

This is an old style bakery where baking is on premises. Get there early in the morning and you can have warm bagels and their bagel/croissant combo and fresh danishes/pastries are to die for. Use this place most Sundays to bring treats church services. Book a table now

THE OWNER REFUSES TO WEAR A MASK. The first time he did it I thought it was a mistake but this time we asked him to put a mask on and he refused. Disgusting display of selfishness. Will never return and will make sure no one we know does either.

Their cronuts are worth waiting all week for and you must! They're only made on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

not as good as before. I would rather pay more for a cannoli than have filled a half.
