I'll be the first to tell you this is a great place. Mother daughter combo I always see running and do their best to make sure everyone care. I could effortlessly understand how some of the people around the big neck could be frustrated with the language barrier, but honestly, if you only took one seckond to be patient, you would see that the barrier is not very important. Some people who complain about the service may be exhibiting biases, as they might not relate to the staff's appearance. However, I found the service to be excellent and the staff very friendly. As a regular visitor, I often observed that returning customers were greeted warmly and their orders were known ahead of time. The team truly cares for their patrons! The food was good, with room for improvement. I'll definitely be coming back!
I order lunch from this place at least once a week, and it’s always a pleasure. The food is fresh, the sandwiches are made to order, and they are incredibly accommodating. They also offer hearty soups. If you're looking for a pickup, their smoothies are fantastic as well. This is a hidden gem in Great Neck—give it a try, and you won’t be disappointed!
Absolutely fantastic! The restaurant has recently come under new management, but they still serve the same excellent drinks. I highly recommend trying the bubbly double espresso coffee smoothie—it's a unique treat!

The only place in great neck for good bubble tea! Good smoothies as well. The staff is very friendly. They do serve food but it isn't they're strong suit.
