"Very small tapas bar/restaurant in the historical in a small square in the heart of Santiago. The pulpo and salad we had were simply amazing. Highly recommended!"

I found the Galicia soup, too bland. Chips below restaurant standard. Caramel toffee was very bitter. The salt shaker didn't really work as the salt got probably wet at some point and became chunky. The service was really good, the atmosphere and the location as well(away from the crowds). But I have eaten way better food in rural bars than in this restaurant in the heart of Santiago.

We were sat down by Alberto, an absolutely stellar server. He accommodated our large group with tact, efficiency and a great attitude. The dishes were served rapidly, and the tinto de verano was almost too good. If you are looking for a cozy atmosphere in a small courtyard for an authentic taste of Santiago, this is the place.

A wonderful little place with a great down-to-earth atmosphere. Fran, the cook is nothing short of a magician with his specialties. Be sure to ask what's special that day as the real menu and what's written down don't always match because of what ingredients are best that day. A real gem in a place loaded with tourist traps.

Quaint restaurant off the beaten path. Great meal. I had steamed mussels, spaghetti carbonara, others had hake and salmon. One of our best meals on this trip. Met interesting pilgrims too. Highly recommend for the area.
