We arrived a little late with respect to the reservation time due to a problem with the car, we came from La Espina and we did not have coverage to be able to notify, although my brother-in-law had arrived on time and had previously apologized. When I got there I tried to apologize and they more or less scolded me and told me that's not how things are done. Fantastic, delicious dishes, nice atmosphere and friendly and attentive service. Rosa, the creator of this wonderful space, adds the icing on the cake with her erudite, yet accessible conversation about what was her home, life in Urueña and her projects over more than two decades in this Castilian municipality. Dietary restrictions: We were accompanied by a person with celiac disease who was also able to enjoy the food. A beautiful place. The croquettes are very good and the cheeks too. The stew is a sweet recipe of his. A disappointment, I was expecting a proper stew. The little hands with snails...
