I was informed that my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but it actually took around 50 minutes. Despite my inquiry about the delay after waiting for about 15 minutes, no efforts were made to expedite my order. As a result, the calamari I ordered arrived cold. Clearly, I won’t be ordering from here again. I called to place my order, and the person assured me it would be ready in 20 minutes, so your explanation is not valid. It would have been more reasonable to estimate 40 minutes instead. Furthermore, you’re claiming that I received a gift card and a free dessert? I never received any of that. You must be confusing me with someone else. Now, on top of the poor service, I’m being insulted?
Attentive staff. Food made with best ingredients from Italy and locally sourced products. This place is a best-kept secret. Nice selection of wine from Italy as well. Our party had Arancini, calamari, two different pizzas and chicken Parmesan. Everything was perfect. I worked in a pizza place for 7 years through high school and college; I have been making pizza for over 40 years and searching for the best pizza in New England. I can add this place to my top ten list.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic. We started with the fried calamari, which was wonderfully light and crispy. For our main courses, we enjoyed the mushroom pizza, bolognese, and spaghetti, all of which were delicious. For dessert, we indulged in tiramisu, cannoli, and gelato, and each one was delightful. I absolutely love this place!
The food was enjoyable, but the waitstaff and service were disappointing. It felt as if the server was rushing us and was not very helpful with our order. After dinner, she simply handed us the check without asking if we wanted dessert. We settled the bill, and although the owner did stop by afterward to ask if we wanted dessert, it took an excessively long time to arrive.

We love the pizza at Enzina! The service and management are all fantastic as well. It's a bit pricey but worth it for the best quality ingredients I've found since leaving NYC 7 years ago. (It's not NY style). Great gluten-free options!!! It can be a little drafty in the winter.
We love Enzina! We get takeout pizza all the time and we brought the entire family during the holidays for a sit down meal. We also love the ghost menu. Charming ambiance and great Italian food. So fresh and flavorful!
The food was fantastic, but the service was lacking. It seemed like the staff was inexperienced and not fully trained.
