Perhaps this is common in Quebec City sushi spots (hopefully not), but the sushi rice was overly packed and soaked with vinegar beneath the fish, preventing the soy sauce from being absorbed at all. Even more concerning was that the rice seemed warm, which made the sushi fish warm too—quite off-putting. The waiter mentioned that none of the staff were actually Japanese, which might explain some of these issues. I ordered Ebi tempura but initially only received vegetables until the kitchen caught the mistake.
Was there for my Birthday and anniversary. Tried the Vivez l 'expérience Enzo Sushi 5 services which is out of this world. Plenty of food well presented and very tasty. Each service is served with the appropriate sauces. The waiter does a presentation of what each...service plate contains as it arrives. There was plenty of good food.I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes sushi!
This place is truly special, ideal for a nice dinner with a romantic atmosphere or simply for enjoying a quiet meal. The food was excellent, especially at the dinner tables. Overall, I would rate both the food and the ambiance highly. However, the service was quite disappointing; it was so slow that I almost felt like I was starving.
We (my husband and I stayed in Quebec city some days and we chose one night to dine at Enzo sushi. It is a nice place, you have to bring your own drink but the food is good, the same with the service, they were...very attentive and even though we arrived a little late they let us in. We will come back if we are around! ;

Great dining experience. The Sushi Chefs and Waiter brought our food plate by plate at the perfect rate. The Wine they recommended was great and the sushi was perfect. Let them guide you through their menu and if you don't have any allergies, the Chef's Choice is the way to go.
Unmatched. Always excellent. However, I believe the selection of cocktails, particularly the wine, doesn't quite meet the high standards of the dishes served. A more extensive selection of private imports would be appreciated.
Its the greatest suhi place in town. Don't hesitate, take the Enzo sushi 5 services. You are looking into quality, not quantity unlike certain other place in town, who are more focus on the look rather than the taste
The sushi is absolutely delicious! We have been there several times and typically order the same items, and we've never been disappointed. We highly recommend it!
