We have lunch in this establishment for a family holiday and frankly nothing to say. we were installed in the annexe room (but we have to book early to get it), the decor was charming: bouquet on the table, small fire in the fireplace (the morning having been fresh) all this without special request from us. the dishes were very good, in sufficient quantity, the service (manufactured mainly by the house mistress) kind and professional. top!
We came by chance because the bad weather had countered our projects... well, we thank the bad weather... a nice room, warm, elegant...a friendly welcome...we chose the rossini turkey on the map...it was divine just like desserts...the very correct prices for this level and this quality...and the aperitif home based on champagne and wine with glass were even cheap as very good... a nice place.
in this traditional, very dense French restaurant you eat the classic food in a typical ambience. Price-performance in the menus is excellent.We often returned to our home trip from holiday areas to saarbrücken here for the conclusion and ate "hors d ́oeuvre riche" in wonderful variety. Today we like to go to the small town 60 km away to the marketplace to the "Erckmann"!

warm welcome, cuisine sought after and tasteful. We took the foie gras, excellent. the tuna carpacio with a tomato ice, a real treat. the price quality ratio is quite correct. a recommendation.
