Disgusting attitude for deli owners. I called to tell them my turkey and cheese sandwich had jelly (which I'm allergic to because I'm alergic to grapes) on it and that maybe my sandwich was cut with a knife that had jelly on it. They refused to accommodate me and even fix the sandwich that they made incorrectly. ON TOP OF THAT, THE CHEDDAR CHEESE SLICE HAS WHITE MOLD ON IT. AND WHO MAKES A SANDWICH WITH THICK CUT MEAT.Overall, I'm not satisfied with how they handled the situation. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I have to admit I was a bit hesitant at first. However, Felipe was amazing! I’m officially a loyal customer now. I plan to visit in person to match a face with the friendly voice on the phone. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this place!
