I cannot recommend this restaurant, especially if one has any food restrictions. I called them before booking to ask if they could accommodate my husband who does not eat fish or shellfish. I was told that they could, if we had the Menu Erizo, the more expensive menu. I called again the day before to confirm this. We had 2 calls on the day asking about whether he could eat various forms of fish and shellfish. We were very encouraged by this and excited to see what they would serve him as a replacement. Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias gastronómicas que hemos vivido de la mano de Álvaro Sanz, desde el primer al último pase no dejan de sorprenderte, en nuestro caso elegimos el menú erizo. El local es muy bonito y se respira tranquilidad. Todo el equipo es maravilloso, pero una mención especial a Elisa, nos hizo sentir como en casa sin dejar de lado la profesionalidad. Sin duda uno de los mayores reclamos que puede tener la isla. Esperamos volver pronto y poder seguir viendo su crecimiento y todo lo que les está por llegar
Imprescindible. Una propuesta de viaje temporal y geográfico. La apuesta por los nuevos ingredientes, locales y sostenibles, con el requisito de ser aromáticos y aportar novedad palativa es digno de elogio y veneración. Es la primera vez que veo tanta elaboración generada casi desde cero en el propio enclave del local, aceites, quesos, chacinas, licores... Increíble y me aventuraría a decir que único.
Servicio esplendido. Comida de una cañidad extraordinaria, original y basada en si mayoria en productos locales. Merece la pena sin dudarlo.
