Very creative menu, using seasonal ingredients. You can choose a menu of 6 or 8 courses (either with or without selected wine accompaniments), but you eat what the chef has prepared for the evening. Nevertheless, the chef accommodated the dietary restrictions of a couple sitting near us. It might be best to let them know in advance if you have dietary restrictions. Each dish was very nicely prepared and presented, very unique and flavorful and portioned so as not to leave you stuffed. Service was friendly and casual.
Phantastic surprise menu very creative and perfectly performed. My only recommendation for improvement is for the bread which was too simple and not interesting otherwise all was perfect.
Wonderfull, I had a great evening, excellent food, deserve a michelin star for sur.
